Mr. Martin Palmer is a nationally known trial attorney. He has served the communities throughout Western Maryland since 1976. Martin Palmer was admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court in October 1977. The firm’s offices are located in Hagerstown’s Historic Old Library Building adjacent to the courthouse complex.
